摘　　要：目的调查吉林省长白口岸鼠种类及其携带汉坦病毒情况及基因特征。方法采用鼠夹法和鼠笼法捕获鼠类,并进行种类鉴定。无菌条件下解剖,取肺组织检测汉坦病毒感染情况。采用RT-PCR方法检测汉坦病毒M片段序列,利用DNAStar和MEGA 5.0软件进行序列分析。结果在长白口岸共捕获鼠类3科3属4种76只,其中大林姬鼠54只、黑线姬鼠16只、大仓鼠5只、小家鼠1只。共检出汉坦病毒核酸阳性样本5份,感染鼠种均为大林姬鼠,感染率为9.26%(5/54),汉坦病毒基因分型均为Amur型。结论吉林省长白口岸鼠种群中存在Amur型汉坦病毒感染,宿主为大林姬鼠,应坚持对口岸地区进行鼠类携带汉坦病毒的本底监测与防控。Objective To investigate the rodent-borne hantavirus in Changbai Port of Jilin Province,and analyze the gene characteristics of rodent-borne hantavirus.Methods Rodents were captured with traps and cages,and identified with morphology.The species and number of rodents collected were recorded.The lung tissues were isolated,and hantavirus infections were detected by RT-PCR based on the M fragments sequence.The gene sequences were analyzed with DNAStar software and Mega 5.0 software.Results A total of 76 rodents,belonging to 3 families,3 genus and 4 species,were captured in Changbai Port area.There were 54 Apodemus peninsulae,16 Apodemus agrarius,5 Tscherskia tritonde and 1 Mus musculus.Five samples were detected positive for hantavirus,which were all carried in Apodemus peninsulae.The infection rate in Apodemus peninsulae was 9.26%.The sequence alignment showed that the 5 positive samples were all Amur hantavirus.Conclusion Amur hantavirus infections were found in Changbai Port of Jilin Province.The host is Apodemus peninsulae.The background monitoring and control of rodent-borne hantavirus should be strengthened in the port area.
