摘 要:目的通过登革热传播媒介白纹伊蚊密度监测,掌握白纹伊蚊种群密度分布、季节消长变化规律,为登革热防控提供科学依据。方法采用布雷图指数法(BI)、双层叠帐法对白纹伊蚊密度进行监测。结果 2015—2017年,内江市布雷图指数(BI)为9.17~59.17,平均数为31.44,容器指数(CI)为3.96~25.48,平均数为10.98,房屋指数(HI)指数为8.33~35.33,平均数为20.28,叮咬指数为3.00~16.50,平均数为7.31。废旧轮胎阳性率最高,达65.22%,其次为树洞和竹头37.50%,再次为闲置容器(碗、瓶、缸、罐)等。结论内江地区白纹伊蚊整体密度较高,因此一旦输入性病例处置不当将存在较大的传播扩散风险。Objective To investigate the density,distribution and seasonal dynamic of the dengue vector Aedes albopictus,and provide scientific basis for preventing and controlling the dengue fever.Methods The density of Aedes albopictus was monitored by Breteau Index(BI) and the double mosquito net method.Results From 2015 to 2017,the Breteau Index(BI) was 9.17-59.17 in Neijiang City,with an average of 31.44;the Container Indexes(CI) was 3.96-25.48,with an average of 10.98;and the Housing Indexes(HI) was 8.33-35.33,with an average of 20.28;and the bite indexes was 3.00-16.50,with an average of 7.31.The highest positive rate was 65.22% found in used tires,followed by tree holes and bamboo heads with positive rate of 37.50%,and the idle containers(bowls,bottles,pots,jars,etc.).Conclusion The overall density of Aedes albopictus in Neijiang area was relatively high.There might be a big risk of spreading dengue fever in case the imported cases were not handled properly.
