摘  要:目的了解青岛市居民区生境中淡色库蚊幼虫的抗药性情况。方法通过幼虫浸渍法测定淡色库蚊幼虫对5种杀虫剂的抗性水平。结果青岛市居民区淡色库蚊幼虫对高效氯氰菊酯、双硫磷、溴氰菊酯、残杀威和氯菊酯的抗性倍数分别为5.37、15.32、7.58、10.00、13.99;对双硫磷、残杀威和氯菊酯表现为中等抗性,对高效氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯为低抗性。结论青岛市居民区生境中淡色库蚊幼虫对5种杀虫剂存在不同程度的抗药性,应科学合理地使用杀虫剂,避免更多抗性种类的产生和发展。Objective To investigate the resistance of Culex pipiens pallens larva collected from residential area of Qingdao City.Methods Dipping method was used to observe the resistance level of larvae.Results The resistance ratios of Culex pipiens pallens larvae to beta-cypermethrin,temephos,deltamethrin,propoxur and permethrin were respectively 5.37,15.32,7.58,10.00 and 13.99.Culex pipiens pallens larva developed moderate resistance to temephos,propoxur and permethrin,and low resistance to beta-cypermethrin and deltamethrin.Conclusion Culex pipiens pallens larva in residential area of Qingdao City evolved some insecticide resistance,and more attention should be paid to scientific and reasonable insecticide application.
