摘 要:以经低温炭化的竹屑炭化料为原料,浸渍于Ni(NO 3)2溶液中,在高温下进行催化活化制备竹活性炭;研究炭化工艺、浸渍时间、活化温度、Ni(NO 3)2浓度对竹活性炭吸附性能和孔结构的影响。结果表明,硝酸镍催化活化法制备竹活性炭较佳的工艺为:炭化温度350℃、浸渍比1∶10、活化温度950℃、Ni(NO 3)20.1%,制得的竹活性炭的碘吸附值、亚甲基蓝吸附值、比表面积、总孔容积、微孔容积、中孔容积和孔径分别为864.9 mg·g^-1、157.5 mg·g^-1、835.22 m 2·g^-1、0.462cm^3·g^-1、0.198cm^3·g^-1、0.264cm^3·g^-1和2.214 nm。Bamboo activated carbon was prepared through reactivation by impregnating the carbonization samples with Ni(NO 3)2,while the carbonization samples was prepared by low-temperature carbonization method using Bamboo chips as raw materials.The effects of carbonization process,impregnation time,activation temperature and activator concentration on the adsorption properties and pore structure of bamboo activated carbon were studied.The results showed that the optimum conditions of preparing bamboo activated carbon were carbonization temperature 350℃,impregnation ratio 1∶10,activation temperature 950℃,concentration of Ni(NO 3)20.1%.Under the optimum conditions,the iodine adsorption value,methylene blue adsorption value,specific surface area,total pore volume,micropore volume,mesopore volume,pore size of the bamboo activated carbon were 864.9 mg·g^-1,157.5 mg·g^-1,835.22 m 2·g^-1,0.462cm^3·g^-1,0.198cm^3·g^-1,0.264cm^3·g^-1,2.214 nm,respectively。
