摘　　要：目的观察新型多功能下肢手术体位架在下肢骨折患者手术中的应用效果。方法选取该院2019年9-12月60例下肢骨折手术患者,分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。试验组采用新型多功能下肢手术体位架固定控制患者术中患肢手术体位,对照组采用常规方法,由助手医生双手固定控制术中患者患肢手术体位。比较两组患者骨折部位复位次数、疲劳程度,患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后愈合时间及主刀医生对患者骨折复位的满意度。结果试验组患者骨折部位复位次数(1.43±0.89)次,手术医生疲劳程度得分(5.96±1.29)分,手术时间为(99.77±7.64)min,术后愈合时间为(10.00±1.44)d,术中失血量为(112.77±7.41)mL,均少于对照组的(6.13±0.62)次、(9.43±1.95)分、(106.83±12.33)min、(141.83±19.57)mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组主刀医生的满意度96.7%高于对照组的73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新型多功能下肢手术体位架临床应用效果较好。Objective To observe the application effect of the new type multifunctional lower limb surgery position holder in the operation of the patients with lower limb fracture.Methods Sixty patients with lower extremity fractures in this hospital from September to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and experimental group,30 cases in each group.The experimental group adopted the new type multifunctional lower limb surgery position holder for fixing the injured limb operation position during operation.The control group adopted the conventional assistant doctor to fix the operation position of the affected limb during operation.The reductions number of the operator to the fracture site,fatigue degree,operation time,intraoperative bleeding amount,postoperative healing time and satisfaction of the surgeon to the fracture reduction of the patient were compared between the two groups.Results The fracture reduction number of the operator in the experimental group was(1.43±0.89)times,the fatigue degree score was(5.96±1.29)points,the operation time was(99.77±7.64)min,the intraoperative blood loss was(112.77±7.41)mL,and the postoperative healing time was(10.00±1.44)d,which in the control group were less than(6.13±0.62)times,(9.43±1.95)points,(106.83±12.33)min and(141.83±19.57)mL,and the differences all had statistical significance(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of ther operator in the experimental group was 96.7%,which was higher than 73.3%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The new type multifunctional lower limb surgical position hold has good clinical application effect.
