摘　　要：帕金森病易累及自主神经系统并导致体位性低血压、餐后低血压、卧位高血压等血压波动情况,当合并高血压时存在临床血压管理难题,缺乏统一的国际诊断标准、治疗指南来规范诊疗。通过系统回顾既往文献和最新研究,本文探讨了帕金森病和高血压之间关系、帕金森病的血压波动机制和分类、血压管理目标,简述了该类人群筛查诊断和具体血压管理的方案和策略。Parkinson′s disease involves in the autonomic nervous system and leads to blood pressure fluctuations including orthostatic hypotension,post prandial hypotension,supine hypertension.When complicating hypertension,the difficult problem of blood pressure management exists,which lacks the uniform international diagnostic criterion and treatment guideline to standardize the diagnosis and treatment.Through the review of the previous literatures and the latest researches,this paper discusses the relationship between Parkinson′s disease and hypertension,the mechanism and classification of blood pressure fluctuation in Parkinson′s disease,blood pressure management objectives,and briefly describes the screening,diagnosis and blood pressure management plans and strategies for this kind of patients.
