摘 要:地下连续墙在施工过程中常发生槽壁坍塌现象,泥浆护壁是保证槽壁稳定的常用手段,而泥浆配比直接影响到护壁效果。以滇中引水龙泉倒虹吸盾构接收井超深基坑地下连续墙施工为例,结合护壁泥浆的配制材料和主要参数,通过泥浆配比试验,分别研究钠基膨润土、CMC(羧甲基纤维素)、Na2CO3(纯碱)等制浆材料对泥浆性质的影响。研究结果表明:泥浆配比试验的搅拌时间与静置时间对泥浆性质的影响不容忽视;平均1%膨润土含量可使泥浆比重约增加0.008;平均0.1‰CMC即可使1∶20基浆黏度增加5.5s;纯碱含量对泥浆的黏度有明显的降低效果,基浆膨水比越大黏度降低越明显;平均每1%的黏土可使泥浆比重增加0.0067,但同时影响泥浆含砂率。工程实测变形发现槽壁稳定性得到保证,说明泥浆护壁效果良好。During the construction of diaphragm wall,the collapse of trench wall often occurs.The slurry ratio directly affects the effects of slurry wall protection.Based on the construction of ultra-deep diaphragm wall of Longquan Inverted Siphon Shield Receiving Well in central Yunnan,the preparation materials and main parameters of the slurry were introduced firstly,and then the influence of sodium bentonite,CMC,Na2CO3 and other slurry materials on the properties of slurry through slurry ratio was analyzed.The results show that the influence of mixing time and static time on the properties of slurry are as follows.The average 1%bentonite content can increase the density of slurry by about 0.008;the average 0.1‰CMC can increase the density of 1∶20 proportioning slurry by 5.5 s;the sodium carbonate content has a significant effect on the viscosity of slurry,the larger the ratio of base slurry to bentonite,the more obvious the viscosity reduction;the average 1%clay can make the slurry density increased by 0.0067,but at the same time affect the sand content.By applying the test results to engineering practice,it is found that the stability of the tank wall is guaranteed according to the measured deformation data,which indicates that the mud wall protection is effective.
