摘  要:以二乙醇胺和烯丙基缩水甘油醚为原料合成标题化合物(AGE-DEA)。考察了原料的物质的量比、反应温度和反应时间等工艺条件对反应的影响,确定了最适宜的工艺条件:n(二乙醇胺):n(烯丙基缩水甘油醚)=1.00:1.05,反应温度为55℃,反应时间为4h,在此优化合成工艺条件下,收率达99.41%。产物用FT-IR和1 H-NMR谱图进行了表征。该方法具有工艺条件温和、操作简单、产率高等优点,为产品的工业化及其应用研究奠定了基础。The paper introduced a method using diethanolamine and allyl glycidyl ether as source materials to synthesize the(2-hydroxy-3-allyloxy)propyl diethanolamine(AGE-DEA).The influence factors of synthesis,such as the molar ratio of source materials,reaction temperature and reaction time were investigated,and the optimum reaction conditions were found as following:molar ratio n(diethanolamine):n(allyl glycidyl ether)=1.00:1.05,the reaction temperature is 55℃,and the reaction time is 4h.Under these conditions,the yield could reach 99.41%.The structure of the product was identified by FT-IR and 1 H-NMR spectra.The method has the advantages of the process condition was mild,simple in operation,high yield and lays a foundation for industrialization of products and its application.
