摘 要:本文采用鸡蛋壳膜作为无机离子交换材料,考察它对Sr^2+的吸附效果,探讨体系pH值、吸附热力学(Sr^2+浓度)、吸附动力学(吸附时间)和其他常见离子的干扰等因素对吸附的影响。实验表明,鸡蛋壳膜对Sr^2+的吸附能力较强,吸附动力学表明吸附时间在2h时,吸附量达到最高,吸附热力学表明,Sr^2+在200mg/L时,吸附的百分比最高,考察酸度对吸附的影响时,实验分成pH=3~11共9组,最后得出pH=9时,吸附效果最好。在pH=9,吸附时间为2h时,鸡蛋壳膜的吸附效率最大,饱和吸附量可32mg/g。鸡蛋壳膜对Sr^2+的稳定性实验表明,鸡蛋壳膜的解吸分配比很小,吸附稳定性很好。不同离子对干扰吸附效果的影响并不明显。pH的影响,是因为鸡蛋壳膜中碳酸盐的阳离子交换作用在pH=9时,鸡蛋壳膜中的结合位点更有利于它们发生交换。Using egg shell inorganic ion exchange membrane materials,investigation of Sr^2+adsorption effect.Discusses the system of pH,Sr^2+concentration,adsorption time,and other common the influence on the adsorption of ions.Experiments show that the egg shell membrane of Sr^2+,strong adsorption ability of adsorption dynamics show that the adsorption time in 2h,reached the highest adsorption quantity of adsorption thermodynamics indicates that when Sr^2+200 mg/L,the adsorption of the highest percentage,when studying the effect of pH on adsorption,in pH=3~11,a total of 9 experimental groups,finally it is concluded that pH=9,the adsorption effect is best.In the pH=9,adsorption time for 2 h,under the environment of the Sr^2+adsorption distribution ratio is highest,saturated adsorption amount to 32 mg/g.Egg shell membrane of Sr^2+stability experiments showed that the egg shell membrane desorption distribution ratio is small,the adsorption stability is very good.For the influence of different interference ions adsorption effect is not obvious.The influence of pH can be used by cation exchange effect of carbonate ion exchange adsorption mechanism to explain.
