摘  要:本次研究主要选取的是番泻苷A以及番泻苷B,两者的原材料含量均在百分之二十六以上,分离的方法主要是采用硅胶柱层析的方法对其进行分离,所用到的洗脱剂主要是乙酸乙酯,水和正丙醇,可以对洗脱液进行收集,使其能够快速结晶,从而就会得到结晶状的番泻苷A,颜色一般为亮黄色,含量在百分之九十七。将经过一次过柱所得的含量为71.88%的番泻苷B粉末为原料再进行第二次过柱,接着依次收集洗脱液,然后结晶,可以得到番泻苷B黄色针状结晶,其含量为95.42%,得率为百分之一点一二。this study mainly selected is senna glycosides and senna glycosides B,raw material content of both types of over twenty-six percent,the method of separation is mainly adopt the method of silica gel column chromatography for separation and elution agent is mainly used in ethyl acetate,water and normal propyl alcohol,the eluent can be collected,so it can fast crystallization,which will be of senna crystal A,color is bright yellow,commonly content at ninety-seven percent.The powder of Senatosine B with the content of 71.88%obtained through one pass column was used as the raw material for the second pass column,followed by the collection of eluent in turn,and then crystallization.The yellow needle crystal of Senatosine B was obtained,with the content of 95.42%and the yield of 1.12%.
