摘　　要：党内政治文化是一个政党理想信念、价值理念、优良传统的集中体现,党内政治文化的建设对于党的建设起到基础性和导向性的作用。无产阶级政党的党内政治文化建设从来都不是一帆风顺的,始终是在与各种机会主义、改良主义等错误思潮的交流、交融、交锋中锻造而来的。恩格斯晚年就党内政治文化的基础、本质及建设路径进行过一系列论述,丰富了马克思主义政党的建设思想,为新时代建设和谐有序的政治文化、涵养风清气正的政治生态提供了科学的理论指导和方法启示。The political culture within the party is a concentrated expression of the ideals,beliefs,values,and excellent tradition of a party.The construction of the political culture within the party plays a fundamental and guiding role in party building.The construction of the intraparty poltical culture of the proletarian party has never been smooth sailing.It has always been forged in the exchange,blending,and confrontation with various opportunism,reformism,and other wrong thoughts.In his later years,Engels made a series of expositions on the basis,essence and construction path of political culture within the party,which enriched the Marxist party building thoughts.Today,these provide scientifie theoretical guidance and methodological enlightenment for a harmonious and orderly political culture and a clean political ecology in the new era.
