摘　　要：为探究家庭滚筒洗涤对服装各部件外观性能的影响,本文选择婴儿针织套头衫作为实验载体,从服装款式部件的角度,详细探讨滚筒洗涤参数对服装各部件的外观性能(起毛起球、尺寸收缩、水洗色牢度等)的影响规律,并对实验结果进行机理分析。实验结果表明:水温显著影响不同部位(领子、袖子、下摆、衣身)的水洗色牢度;起毛起球的主要影响因素会因服装部位不同而不同;最优的参数组合是水温20℃、转速5r/min、洗涤时间25min、脱水时间1min、漂洗次数1次。此结论既可为洗衣机厂家进行产品性能升级(尤其是针对特定服装种类进行洗涤算法优化)提供参考,也可为消费者的日常护理提供指导。To explore the impact of domestic drum-washing on the appearance performance of various parts of clothing, baby knitted pullover have been selected as samples in this paper. The influence of drum-washing parameters on the appearance performance(pilling, size contraction, color fastness of washing etc.) of clothing parts(collar, sleeves, hem of clothing) was discussed in detail, and the mechanism of experimental results was also analyzed. Results showed that the water temperature was the main factor of affecting the color fastness change of the three parts. The main influencing factors of pilling were different because of the different clothing parts. The washing parameter combination(water temperature 20 ℃, speed 5 r/min, washing time 25 min, dehydration time 1 min, and washing time 1 cycle) was determined to be optimal parameter combination. This conclusion not only provided a reference for washing machine manufacturers to upgrade their product performance(optimization of washing algorithm for specific types of clothing), but also provide guidance for consumers ’daily care.
