摘　　要：近年来,农业科技企业技术创新投入逐渐增加,但在创新成果转化、创新资源利用等方面仍需加强,提高创新绩效水平势在必行。以北京农业科技企业为研究对象,建立了技术创新绩效评价指标,然后运用数据包络分析法中C 2R和BC 2模型对北京农业科技企业技术创新绩效进行评价。研究表明,近几年北京农业科技企业技术创新绩效水平相对较高且发展较快,但个别年份仍然存在投入产出结构不合理问题,需要政府和企业共同努力,加强对农业资源配置管理,进而更好地提高农业科技企业技术创新绩效水平。In recent years,investment in technological innovation of agri-tech enterprises has been increasing gradually,but it is still necessary to strengthen the transformation of innovative achievements and utilization of innovative resources,so improving the level of innovative performance is imperative.This paper takes agri-tech enterprises in Beijing as the research object,establishes the evaluation index of technological innovation performance,and uses the Data Envelopment Analysis to evaluate.The results show that the performance level of technological innovation of agri-tech enterprises in Beijing has been relatively high and developing rapidly in recent years,but the problem of unreasonable input and output structure still exists.It is important for the government and enterprises work together to strengthen the management of agricultural allocation,and then better improve the performance level of technological innovation of agri-tech enterprises.
