摘　　要：目的建立同时测定炎可宁片中盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷、黄芩素、芦荟大黄素、汉黄芩素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚含量的方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为InertSustain C18,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为254 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为5μl。结果盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷、黄芩素、芦荟大黄素、汉黄芩素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚的线性范围分别为41.9~419 ng(r=0.9999),81.6~816 ng(r=0.9999),24.7~247 ng(r=0.9999),2.53~25.3 ng(r=0.9999),4.98~49.8 ng(r=0.9998),1.13~11.3 ng(r=0.9997),2.51~25.1 ng(r=0.9998),6.79~67.9ng(r=0.9999),2.97~29.7 ng(r=0.9998);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD均小于2.0%(n=6);平均加样回收率分别为97.69%~99.63%,RSD分别为0.37%~1.26%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简便、准确、重复性好,可用于同时测定炎可宁片中9种成分的含量。Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of berberine hydrochloride,baicalin,baicalein,aloe emodin,wogonin,rhein,emodin,chrysophanol and physcion in Yankening Tablets.Methods RPHPLC with gradient elution was adopted on an InertSustain C18 column with the mobile phase consisted of methanolacetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid solution at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelength was 254 nm.The column temperature was set at 30℃and the injection volume was 5μl.Results The linear ranges of berberine hydrochloride,baicalin,baicalein,aloe emodin,wogonin,rhein,emodin,chrysophanol and physcion were 41.9-419 ng(r=0.9999),81.6-816 ng(r=0.9999),24.7-247 ng(r=0.9999),2.53-25.3 ng(r=0.9999),4.98-49.8 ng(r=0.9998),1.13-11.3 ng(r=0.9997),2.51-25.1 ng(r=0.9998),6.79-67.9 ng(r=0.9999),2.97-29.7 ng(r=0.9998),respectively.The RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 2.0%(n=6).The average recoveries were 97.69%・99.63%,with RSD of 0.37%-1.26%(n=6).Conclusion The established method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the simultaneous determination of 9 components in Yankening Tablets.
