摘 要:发电耗水率是考核水电厂发电能力的一项重要指标,但每个电厂不能统一发电耗水率指标标准,且不同的电厂相差较大。为使水电厂及水电机组耗水率考核指标统一,笔者提出标准耗水率的概念,并以实际发电机组日运行工况为例,对水电机组运行经济性进行剖析,分析标准耗水率作为一个对水电机组经济运行考核指标的优势、使用范围等。研究认为,标准耗水率可使不同的水电站和机组均能用同一个水能指标进行考核评价,能综合反映水能利用情况,具有与火电“标准煤耗”对等的内涵,具有直观性、全面性、实时性,可广泛推广应用。The water consumption rate for power generation is an important index to assess the power generation capacity of hydropower plants.However the index of water consumption rate for power generation cannot be standardized for each power plant and different power plants vary greatly.In order to unify the evaluation index of water consumption rate of hydropower plants and hydropower units the author puts forward the concept of standard water consumption rate and takes the actual daily operating conditions of the generating units as an example to analyze the operation economy of hydropower units and analyzes the advantages and application scope of standard water consumption rate as an economic operation evaluation index of hydropower units.It is believed that the standard water consumption rate can make different hydropower stations and units use the same water energy index for assessment and evaluation and can comprehensively reflect the utilization of water energy which has the connotation of equivalent to the standard coal consumption of thermal power and is intuitive comprehensive real-time can be widely promoted and applied.
