摘 要:根据合同要求,菲律宾Liangan水电站采用美国标准设计。从电站枢纽布置、地形条件考虑,调压室只能布置为地面式调压塔。由于该电站处于强震区,为了降低地震对高耸薄壁结构的影响,调压塔选用阻抗式调压塔。通过水力学计算拟定调压塔断面尺寸,经方案比选,从综合因素考虑选用钢筋混凝土地面式调压塔,并在满足结构计算和整体稳定计算的前提下,针对强震区高耸结构,提出了一系列细部构造。由于目前在强震区建设地面式调压塔的工程实例较少,该项目调压塔设计可为以后地面式调压室设计提供参考。According to the contract requirements,Liangan Hydropower Station in Philippines is designed according to the American standards.Considering the layout of hydroproject and terrain conditions,the surge chamber can only be arranged as ground type surge tower.Because the power station is in meizoseismal area,in order to reduce the influence of earthquake on the high-rise thin-walled structure,the throttled surge tower is selected.The section size of the surge tower is determined by hydraulic calculation.After scheme comparison and selection,the reinforced concrete ground type surge tower is selected from the comprehensive factors.On the premise of meeting the structural calculation and overall stability calculation,a series of detailed structures are proposed for the high-rise structure in meizoseismal area.Because there are few engineering examples of ground type surge tower in meizoseismal area,the design of ground type surge tower in this project can provide reference for the design of ground type surge chamber in the future.
