象鼻岭水电站引水系统设计优化

摘  要:象鼻岭水电站引水系统布置于大坝右岸,采用一洞一机的布置方式。为进一步减少高压隧洞段长度,在施工图阶段对引水隧洞布置方式进行了优化调整,将竖井段布置于大坝帷幕轴线下游,同时针对压力钢管段可能出现的内水外渗影响,采取了高压固结灌浆和贴壁排水等处理方式,优化后引水隧洞竖井段和下平段外水压力大幅度降低、压力钢管段长度得到明显减少,节约了工程投资。截至目前,据监测数据成果显示,引水系统运行情况良好。该工程的设计优化思路及优化方案可供类似工程借鉴。The water conveyance system of Xiangbiling Hydropower Station is arranged on the right bank of the dam,and the layout of one tunnel and one machine is adopted.In order to further reduce the length of the high-pressure tunnel section,the layout of the intake tunnel is optimized and adjusted in the construction drawing stage.The shaft section is arranged downstream of the dam curtain axis.At the same time,in view of the possible internal water seepage effect of the steel pressure pipe section,the high-pressure consolidation grouting and wall drainage are adopted.After optimization,the external water pressure of the shaft section and the lower section of the intake tunnel is greatly reduced,and the length of the steel pressure pipe section is significantly reduced,which saves the engineering investment.Up to now,according to the monitoring data,the water conveyance system has been running well.The design optimization idea and optimization scheme of the project can be used for reference for similar projects.
