基于TETRA体制的CCS水电站数字集群移动通信系统设计

摘　　要：为满足CCS水电站生产调度通信的需要,设置1套800 MHz数字集群移动通信系统,信号覆盖首部枢纽、调蓄水库、电站厂房和地面控制楼等主要建筑物所在区域。经过现场电测,在系统由1个交换管理中心和3个基站构成的基础上,为业主营地增加了1个直放站。经对TETRA和APCO25两种系统进行对比分析,并与业主充分沟通,最终确定采用TETRA体制,并报请厄瓜多尔共和国电信管理机构批准了使用频率。该系统的建设为CCS水电站的可靠调度和安全运行起到通信保障作用。In order to meet the needs of production dispatching communication of CCS Hydropower Station, a set of 800 MHz digital trunked mobile communication system is set up, and the signal covers the areas where the main buildings, such as the first hub, regulating reservoir, powerhouse and ground control building are located. After on-site electrical measurement, a repeater station is added to the owner’s camp on the basis of a switching management center and three base stations. Through the comparative analysis of TETRA and APCO25 systems, and fully communicate with the owners, TETRA system was finally adopted, and submitted to the telecommunications administration of the Republic of Ecuador for approval of the frequency of use. The construction of the system plays a communication guarantee role for the reliable dispatching and safe operation of CCS Hydropower Station.
