摘 要:象鼻岭水电站大坝为碾压混凝土双曲拱坝,最大坝高141.5 m,为目前世界上已建成的第二高碾压混凝土拱坝。为确保象鼻岭水电站碾压混凝土施工质量与工程进度,在实际施工过程中,围绕工程建设中重大技术问题进行研究,依靠技术创新,积极开展科技攻关,在研究和使用新技术、新材料、新工艺和新设备等方面,取得了一批突破性的科技成果,较好地解决了碾压混凝土施工技术难题。从碾压混凝土配合比设计、入仓方式、分层碾压工艺及温控措施等方面对其关键技术进行了控讨与实践,有效保证了象鼻岭大坝碾压混凝土的质量和快速施工,施工质量满足设计及相关规范要求,可为其他类似工程提供良好的借鉴及参考。Xiangbiling Hydropower Station is a RCC double curvature arch dam with the maximum height of 141.5 m,which is the second highest roller compacted concrete(RCC)arch dam in the world.In order to ensure the construction quality and progress of roller compacted concrete(RCC)of Xiangbiling Hydropower Station,in the actual construction process,major technical problems in engineering construction are studied.Relying on technological innovation,scientific and technological research is actively carried out.A number of breakthrough scientific and technological achievements are obtained in the research and use of new technologies,new materials,new processes and new equipment,which better solve the technical problems of RCC construction.The key technologies of roller compacted concrete are discussed and practiced from the aspects of mix proportion design,warehousing method,layered rolling process and temperature control measures,which effectively ensures the quality and rapid construction of roller compacted concrete of Xiangbiling Hydropower Station Dam,and the construction quality meets the requirements of design and related specifications,which can provide good reference for other similar projects.
