摘　　要：为有效解决风机叶片叶尖防雷问题,从分析广西银河风电公司生产的GX93-2500型永磁直驱风机叶片遭雷击导致故障出发,研究出一种叶片叶尖防雷装置,在叶片叶尖加装铜保护套,雷击时,通过接闪器快速将雷电流引入大地,从而对叶片叶尖起到保护作用。此装置已被应用在四格风电场,避雷效果良好,风机叶片叶尖遭受雷击损坏的状况也得到了较大的改善。In order to effectively solve the problem of lightning protection of fan blade tip,this paper starts from the analysis of the fault caused by lightning on the GX93-2500 permanent magnet direct drive fan blade produced by Guangxi Yinhe Wind Power Company,and develops a lightning protection device of the blade tip.The copper protecting jacket is installed on the blade tip.When lightning strikes,the lightning current is quickly introduced into the earth through the lightning arrester,so as to protect the blade tip.This device has been applied to Sige Wind Farm,and the lightning protection effect is good.The damage of the fan blade tip by lightning has also been greatly improved.
