摘  要:笔者对某水利枢纽泄水闸工作门槽侧轨变形的原因进行了分析,并结合门槽侧轨的实际运行工况,对原侧轨修复材料进行了比选,采用将槽钢更换为工字钢并用环氧混凝土进行修补的施工工艺。修复后的侧轨运行正常,较好地解决了门槽侧轨在复杂工况下产生不利变形的问题。同时,为行业内类似缺陷的修复以及相关专业的设计提供借鉴。The author analyzes the causes of the deformation of the side track of the main gate slope of the sluice of a hydro project,compares and selects the recondition materials of the original side track combined with the actual operation conditions of the gate slot side track,and adopts the construction technology of replacing the channel steel with I-beam steel and repairing with epoxy-concrete.The repaired side track runs normally and solves the problem of adverse deformation of the gate slot side track under complex working conditions.At the same time,it provides a reference for the recondition of similar defects in the industry and the design of related specialties.
