摘 要:目的探讨本科护生积极心理资本、职业使命感与学业投入间的关系。方法于2019年9—12月采用积极心理资本量表、职业使命感量表和学业投入量表对本校470名护理本科生施测。结果职业使命感、积极心理资本与学业投入呈正相关(P<0.01);引入中介变量积极心理资本,职业使命感对学业投入的影响有所降低,但仍然显著(P<0.01),积极心理资本在职业使命感和学业投入间起部分中介作用。结论加强本科护生职业使命感教育,有助于积极心理资本水平的提高,从而促进本科护生的学业投入。Objective To explore the relationships among the positive psychological capital, professional mission and academic engagement in nursing undergraduates.Methods 470 nursing undergraduates were recruited to complete the positive psychological capital questionnaire, professional mission scale and academic engagement questionnaire during the period September to December 2019.Results There was a positive correlation between positive psychological capital, professional sense of mission and academic engagement(P<0.01). After the introduction of intermediary variables positive psychological capital, the effect of professional sense of mission on academic engagement decreased, but still significant(P<0.01) and the positive psychological capital played a part mediating role between positive psychological capital and academic engagement.Conclusions Strengthening the vocational sense of mission education of undergraduate nursing students is conducive to the improvement of positive psychological capital level, so as to promote the academic investment of undergraduate nursing students.
