内蒙古额济纳刚毛柽柳种质形态多样性及相关性研究

摘　　要：以内蒙古额济纳旗刚毛柽柳为研究对象,通过野外形态学水平上的调查,分析了刚毛柽柳种质形态多样性及相关性,结果表明:(1)刚毛柽柳10个数量性状的变异系数在15.22~114.56之间,以叶型最小,穗枝数最大;(2)生长性状与花性状之间具有极显著或显著的正相关关系,叶性状与生长性状、花性状之间除了花序冠径与叶宽外,全部不显著;(3)抽取了2个主成分,累计贡献率为76.086%,第一主成分为生长和花性状,第二主成分为叶性状;(4)16个刚毛柽柳种质资源被聚为3个类群,第I类的共同特征是个体大小中等、花序较长、花序冠径较大、小穗多,第II类的共同特征是个体较小、叶片大小不一、花性状较差,第III类的共同特征是个体较大、花性状中等。Taking Tamarix hispida germplasm resources in Ejin Banner as the study object,through field morphological investigation,its morphological diversity and correlation had been analyzed,the results showed that the variation coefficients of 10 quantitative traits of T.hispida ranged from 15.22 to 114.56,with the leaf type as the smallest and the spike branch number as the largest.There was significant positive correlation between growth traits and flower traits,and there were no significant correlation between leaf traits,growth traits and flower traits except flower width and leaf width.In addition,two principal components were extracted,and the cumulative contribution rate was 76.086%.The first principal component was the growth and flower traits,and the second principal component was the leaf traits.The germplasm resources of T.hispida were divided into three groups.The common characteristics of category I was medium individual size,long inflorescence,large flower width and many spikelets,while the common characteristics of category II was small individual size,different leaf size and poor flower character,the common characteristics of category III was large individuals and medium flower traits.
