摘  要:以野生金莲花种子为试材,研究电压与电场处理时间对金莲花种子萌发特性的影响,以筛选最佳电场处理条件,为提高野生金莲花种子繁殖系数奠定良好基础。结果显示:当电压较低时,处理时间长短对金莲花种子萌发特性影响较小;但随着电压、电场处理时间的增加,金莲花种子的萌发特性呈增强趋势,当电压增加到一定值会抑制金莲花种子萌发。当处理时间为30 min,电压达到14 kV时,金莲花种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数达到最高。试验结果为:适宜的高压电晕电场处理条件,可以提高金莲花种子萌发特性。With the seeds of wild Trollius chinensis as test material,the influence of voltage strength and processing time on the seed germination characteristics of T.chinensis was studied,so as to screen the best conditions for high-voltage corona field treatment conditions and lay a better foundation for improving the breeding coefficient of wild T.chinensis.The results showed,when the voltage strength was low,the processing length had little effect on the seed germination characteristics of T.chinensis,but with the voltage intensity increasing,the seed germination characteristics of T.chinensis showed an enhanced trend.When the voltage strength increased to a certain value,it would inhibit the seed germination of T.chinensis.When the processing time was 30 min,the voltage of high-voltage corona field was 14 kV,and the germination rate,germination potential and germination index reached to the maximum.The suitable voltage and treatment time of electric field could improve the seed germination characteristics of T.chinensis.
