摘 要:传统的变速器空挡和倒挡压力开关控制块及对应压力开关在进行疲劳寿命试验时,只能将压力开关安装在变速器总成上并在变速器总成试验台架上进行,这种方式试验周期长、效率低、且占用大量试验资源,使得设计改进验证进度较慢、且试验成本较高。本测试系统设计了一种测试压力开关控制块及压力开关寿命的控制系统,它具有结构简单,试验操作方便,试验效率高,经济性能好等特点,特别适合验证新材料压力开关控制块及新改进压力开关的疲劳寿命。During the fatigue life test of the conventional transmission neutral and reverse pressure switch control blocks and corresponding pressure switches,the pressure switch can only be installed on the transmission assembly and carried out on the transmission assembly test bench.This method has a long test cycle,Low efficiency,and occupy a lot of test resources,making the design improvement and verification progress slower,and the test cost is higher.This test system has designed a control system for testing the pressure switch control block and the life of the pressure switch.It has the characteristics of simple structure,convenient test operation,high test efficiency and good economic performance.It is especially suitable for verifying the new material pressure switch control block and new Improve the fatigue life of the pressure switch.
