摘 要:为探索射流成型机理,针对某等壁厚球缺型药型罩结构,开展了不同起爆直径下杆式射流成型和侵彻混凝土靶的数值模拟研究;结合射流成型理论,从装药爆轰波传播角度,分析了起爆直径对杆式射流成型和侵彻性能的影响。结果表明,随着起爆直径d的增大,不仅能提高装药爆轰压力,还能改善爆轰波形,减小爆轰波阵面与药型罩外壁的夹角,增加作用在药型罩上的压力,其中爆轰压力、爆轰波阵面与药型罩顶面夹角的变化,均是在d/D=0~0.3时变化最为明显,同时可得到同条件下射流速度、射流有效长度和射流对靶体侵彻深度的增加也最为明显。To explore the mechanism of jetting forming,the numerical simulation study on jetting projectile charge(JPC)forming and penetrating concrete targets with different detonation diameters were conducted based on the hemispherical liner structure with equal thickness.Combining with the theory of jetting forming,the influences of detonation diameter on JPC forming and penetration performance were analyzed from the perspective of charge detonation wave propagation.The results show that with the increase of the detonation diameter d,it can’t only increase the detonation pressure of the charge,but also improve the detonation wave form,so the angle between the detonation wave front and the out wall of liner can be reduced and the pressure acting on the liner can be increased.Among them,the detonation pressure,the angle between the detonation wave front and the top surface of liner are most obvious when the detonation diameter changed from d/D=0-0.3,so the jetting velocity,jetting effective length and the penetration depth of the jetting into the target body are all the most obvious increase under this condition.
