摘 要:为了研究切缝药包用于定向爆破时控制损伤的效果,通过LS-DYNA数值计算软件,对比分析了切缝药包与普通药包爆破后的应力与损伤分布特性;分析了切缝药包爆破的聚能效应对爆破效果的影响,即在切缝方向的爆破能量集中和垂直切缝方向对孔壁的保护作用;针对切缝宽度和切缝管壁厚两个重要参数进行分析,即切缝宽度并非越大越好,存在一个最优值,超过此值后,损伤控制效果反而下降;损伤控制效果随切缝管壁厚的增大而增大,但壁厚的增大存在极限值,壁厚在超过极限值后,损伤控制指数逐渐趋于一个定值,损伤控制效果的改善不明显。In order to study the effect of a slotted cartridge in controlling the damage during directional blasting,the stress and damage distribution characteristics of a slotted cartridge and ordinary cartridge blasting were compared and analyzed by LS-DYNA numerical calculation software.The influence of the energy gathering effect of the slotted cartridge blasting on the blasting effect is analyzed,that is the blasting energy concentration in the direction of the slit and the protective effect of the vertical slotted direction on the hole wall.The parameters of slot width and pipe wall thickness were analyzed,that is the slot width is not as large as possible,and it existed an optimal value,exceeded the value,the damage control effect will be decreased.The damage control effect increases as the pipe wall thickness increases,where is existed a limit value for the increase of the pipe wall thickness,exceeded the limit value,the damage control index will gradually approaches a fixed value,and the improvement of the damage control effect is not obvious.
