摘  要:为了研究含废机油混装乳化炸药基质的热稳定性,使用DSG非等温热分析的方法,研究了不同升温速率(5、10、15、20 K/min)下含废机油乳化基质的热分解特性。使用Flynn-Wall-Ozawa方法根据实验数据计算了反应进度α为0.1~0.9时含废机油乳化基质的活化能,并计算了含废机油乳化基质的热爆炸临界温度。实验及计算结果表明:废机油的加入会降低乳化基质的活化能、热爆炸临界温度以及热稳定性;乳化剂的加入会提高乳化基质的活化能和热爆炸临界温度,可通过提高乳化剂的比例提高乳化基质的热稳定性和热爆炸临界温度。In order to study the thermal stability of emulsion explosives matrix with recycled oil,the non-isothermal DSC technique has been used to study the thermal decomposition characteristics of the emulsion matrix with recycled oil at different heating rates(5,10,15,20 K/min).The Flynn-Wall-Ozawa’s method has been used to calculate the activation energies for thermal decomposition of the emulsion matrix for different conversion fractionsαin the range of 0.1–0.9.The thermal explosion critical temperature of the emulsion matrix were obtained.The results indicate that the addition of recycled oil will reduce the activation energy,the thermal explosion critical temperature of the emulsion matrix,and the thermal stability of the emulsion matrix.The addition of the emulsifier will increase the activation energy and the thermal explosion critical temperature of the emulsion matrix.So,the thermal stability and the thermal explosion critical temperature of the emulsion matrix can be increased by increasing the proportion of emulsifier.
