摘  要:在主动隔振的实际工程中,有效的多通道控制算法是采用多个次级力源和误差传感器来提升隔振效果的前提和基础。针对各通道的耦合和运算量的增大,采用分布式多通道自适应(DMFx LMS)算法,推导其运算过程并给出收敛条件;基于NI PXI控制器搭载Real-Time操作系统构建了主动控制试验平台,开展了分布式多通道算法试验研究,通过改变收敛步长和滤波器阶数分析了主动控制效果,验证了算法的有效性。In the engineering practice of active vibration isolation, an effective multi-channel control algorithm is the prerequisite and basis for using multiple secondary force sources and error sensors to improve the vibration isolation effect. The distributed multi-channel adaptive(DMFx LMS) algorithm is adopted for the coupling of each channel and the increase of the calculation amount. The calculation process is deduced and the convergence conditions are given. Based on the NI PXI controller equipped with the Real-Time operating system, an active control experiment is constructed. On the platform, the experimental research of distributed multi-channel algorithm is carried out. The effect of active control is analyzed by changing the convergence step and filter order, and the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified.
