叙永县新民村脱贫攻坚的实践与防止返贫的思考

摘　　要：脱贫"摘帽"后如何确保长期稳定脱贫,成为当前决战决胜脱贫攻坚、全面建成小康社会的当务之急。本文以四川省叙永县新民村为例,详细介绍了新民村脱贫前的基本情况以及贫困的主要原因,归纳总结了2014以来新民村在住房安全保障、特色产业发展、基础教育均衡发展、基本医疗保障与基础设施完善等方面取得的脱贫攻坚成绩,介绍了新民村在巩固脱贫攻坚成果、防止返贫方面的创新机制,为全县脱贫群众寻求持续增收致富之路作出了有益的探索。How to ensure long-term and stable poverty eradication after"removing the hat"from poverty has become the top priority of the current decisive battle to overcome poverty and realize a well-off society in an all-round way.Taking Xinmin Village in xuyong county as an example,this paper introduces in detail the basic situation of Xinmin Village before poverty eradication and the main causes of poverty,sums up the achievements of Xinmin Village in housing security,characteristic industry development,balanced development of basic education,basic medical security and infrastructure improvement during 2014-2019,and introduces the innovative mechanism of Xinmin Village in consolidating the achievements of poverty eradication and preventing the return to poverty,which has made a useful exploration for the county’s people out of poverty to find a way to continuously increase income and become rich.
