乡村振兴视阈下海南脱贫攻坚路径探索

摘　　要：2020年是脱贫攻坚的冲刺阶段,也是脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴两大战略的衔接时期。二者在价值、目标、主体、内容、机制方面存在密切联系,因此需要在乡村振兴战略指导下开展脱贫攻坚。海南可以通过产业的优化升级,改善环境,完善公共服务体系,推动文化振兴,提升人才数量质量,提高农村治理能力和水平完成脱贫攻坚任务。The year 2020 is the sprint stage of poverty alleviation,and it is also the connecting period between the two strategies of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.The two are closely related in value,goal,subject,content and mechanism,so it is necessary to carry out poverty alleviation under the guidance of rural revitalization strategy.Hainan can improve the environment,improve the public service system,promote cultural revitalization,improve the quantity and quality of talents,and improve the ability and level of rural governance to accomplish the task of poverty alleviation.
