摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理对中央型前置胎盘产前出血合并便秘孕妇的影响。方法选择2017年7月至2019年6月收住于本院的中央型前置胎盘产前出血且伴便秘的孕妇88例为观察样本,入住单号病室孕妇44例设为对照组,入住双号病室孕妇44例设为试验组,对照组孕妇接受常规便秘护理,试验组接受优质护理,对两组便秘症状及生活质量进行比较。结果试验组便秘症状及疗效评分、便秘症状自评量表分和生活质量评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用优质护理对中央型前置胎盘产前出血合并便秘孕妇施加干预,可显著改善其便秘症状与主观便秘感,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing on pregnant women who underwent central-type placenta previa prenatal hemorrhage complicated with constipation.Methods To select 88 cases of pregnant women with central-type placenta previa prenatal hemorrhage complicated with constipation who were admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to June 2019 as the observational samples,and 44 cases of pregnant women staying in single ward were set as a control group,another 44 cases of pregnant women staying in double ward were set as an experimental group.The pregnant women in the control group received routine nursing for constipation,and the experimental group received high-quality nursing to compare the symptoms of constipation and quality of life between the two groups.Results The symptoms of constipation and efficacy scores,self-rating scale scores for constipation symptoms and quality of life scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing for pregnant women with central-type placenta previa prenatal hemorrhage complicated with constipation can significantly improve their symptoms of constipation and sense of subjective constipation,and improve their quality of life.
