摘 要:目的探讨传统纯棉白条检查法与医用导光检测仪在管腔器械清洗质量评估中的应用效果。方法选取2018年12月至2019年12月在本院手术室使用后的220件管腔器械,等分为试验组和对照组,两组均给予手工清洗后全自动喷淋清洗消毒机清洗,对照组采用传统纯棉白条检查法评估清洗质量,试验组采用医用导光检测仪评估清洗质量,比较两种方式在管腔器械清洗质量评估中的应用效果。结果两组管腔器械螺纹接口、外表面的清洗合格率均为100%,但试验组管腔内壁的清洗质量检测合格率91.82%显著低于对照组98.18%(P<0.05)。结论医用导光检测仪较传统纯棉白条检查法更能有效评估管腔器械清洗质量,适用范围更广,值得在临床中应用。Objective To explore the application effect of traditional pure cotton white strip inspection technique and medical light guide detector in the quality evaluation of lumen instrument cleaning.Methods To select 220 lumen instruments used in the operating room of our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 as study objects,and they were divided into a test group and a control group.Both groups were cleaned by manual cleaning followed by automatic spray cleaning and disinfection machine,and the control group used the traditional pure cotton white strip inspection technique to evaluate the cleaning quality,and the test group used a medical light guide detector to evaluate the cleaning quality and compare the application effects of the two methods in the evaluation of the cleaning quality of lumen instruments.Results The cleaning pass rate of the threaded interface and outer surface of the two groups of lumen instruments was 100%,but the pass rate of the cleaning quality of the inner wall of the lumen of the test group was 91.82%significantly lower than that of the control group 98.18%(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional pure cotton white strip inspection method,the medical light guide detector can effectively evaluate the cleaning quality of luminal instruments and had a wider application range.It was worthy of clinical application.
