二仙汤加减联合艾灸中医护理对ER/PR阴性乳腺癌患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨二仙汤加减联合艾灸中医护理对ER/PR阴性乳腺癌患者的影响。方法将2018年3月至2019年3月本院120例ER/PR阴性乳腺癌患者按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则等分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用化疗患者相关护理措施,观察组在此基础上采用二仙汤加减汤剂联合艾灸中医护理。比较两组的临床疗效、患者的免疫水平、化疗不良反应发生率。结果采用二仙汤加减汤剂联合艾灸中医护理干预后,观察组干预有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组免疫功能水平高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组骨髓抑制和恶心呕吐发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论二仙汤加减联合艾灸中医护理对ER/PR阴性乳腺癌的治疗效果更优且化疗不良反应更少,对生活质量起到改善作用。Objective To explore the effect of modified Erxian decoction combined with moxibustion traditional Chinese medicine nursing on patients with ER/PR negative breast cancer.Methods To select 120 cases of patients with ER/PR-negative breast cancer in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 as the study objects,and they were equally divided into an observation group and a control group according to the principle of comparability of basic characteristics between groups.The control group adopted relevant nursing measures for chemotherapy patients,and the observation group adopted modified Erxian decoction combined with moxibustion traditional Chinese medicine nursing to compare the clinical efficacy,the patient's immune level,and the incidence of adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy between the two groups.Results After adopting Erxian decoction combined with moxibustion traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention,the effective rate of intervention in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The immune function level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of bone marrow suppression and nausea and vomiting in the observation group was lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Erxian decoction combined with moxibustion traditional Chinese medicine nursing had better therapeutic effect on ER/PR-negative breast cancer and fewer adverse reactions to chemotherapy,which can improve the quality of life.
