摘 要:【目的】旨在通过研究城市二级污水灌溉对草坪草生理特性和土壤性状的影响,为城市二级污水资源化利用提供进一步的理论依据。【方法】采用城市二级污水对高羊茅(Festuca arundinacea)、黑麦草(Lolium perenne)和早熟禾(Poa annua)3种草坪草进行室内盆栽灌溉对比实验,以自来水灌溉为对照。【结果】城市二级污水灌溉显著提高了3种草坪草的叶绿素含量;与对照相比,二级污水灌溉处理增加了3种草坪草的细胞膜透性和MDA含量,对草坪草的生长产生了不利的影响,但CAT活性分析表明,除黑麦草外,污灌处理提高了CAT的活性,从而提高了草坪草的抗逆性,减轻了污水对草坪草产生的不利影响。污灌处理和对照处理土壤全氮、速效磷含量无明显差异,但污灌处理显著提高了土壤速效钾含量。与对照相比,二级污水短期灌溉对土壤全盐量和pH的影响差异不显著,对草坪草生长未产生盐害。【结论】二级污水短期灌溉对3种草坪草的生理和土壤性状指标产生了正负两方面的影响,但未对3种草坪草的生长造成胁迫危害和引起土壤盐渍化;长期灌溉是否会对草坪草生长产生不利影响,土壤pH值、盐分是否会继续积累,还需要进一步的试验来验证。【Objective】The present paper aimed to investigate the effect of secondary urban sewage irrigation on physiological characteristics of turfgrass and soil characters.【Method】A pot experiment was carried out to study the effect of irrigation with secondary urban sewage on three turfgrass,establishing sewage water irrigation treatment and fresh water irrigation treatment.The turfgrass adopted in the experiment were Festuca arundinacea,Lolium perenne,Poa annua.【Result】The chlorophyll was increased significantly by sewage irrigation.Compared with the fresh water irrigation,the cell membrane permeability and the content of MDA were enhanced by sewage water irrigation.However,the analysis of CAT showed that the sewage water irrigation enhanced the activeness.The change brought to the adverse effects to the growth of the turf-grass of CAT except Lolium perenne’s.Thereby alleviating the adverse effects from sewage water irrigation.There were no significant differences in total nitrogen and available phosphorus content in soil between two treatments,but sewage water irrigation treatment increased significantly the content of available potassium in soil.Short-term irrigation with secondary urban sewage had no significant effect on soil total salt content and pH value,compared with fresh water irrigation,which did not cause salt damage to the growth of turfgrass.【Conclusion】Short-term sewage irrigation had positive and negative effects on the physiological characteristics of the three turfgrass and soil properties,but did not cause stress damage to the growth of three turfgrass and soil salinization.However,whether the soil pH and salinity could continue to accumulate and bring harm for the turfgrasses by long-term irrigation with the secondary urban sewage need further test to validate.
