摘 要:【目的】分析影响台农17号菠萝果实单果重的主要生长量因素,为其优质高效栽培提供参考依据。【方法】测定台农17号菠萝的单果重、叶片数、叶片重、叶面积、地下茎重、吸芽长、托芽长、顶芽长、吸芽重、托芽重、顶芽重和D叶(生长势最优的最长叶片)面积,并进行线性相关、偏相关、复相关和回归线性通径分析。【结果】相关分析结果显示,台农17号菠萝单果重与单株叶片数、叶片重、叶面积、地下茎重、托芽长和托芽重呈极显著正相关(P<0.01,下同),相关程度表现为叶片数(r=0.680)>叶片重(r=0.665)>叶面积(r=0.664)=地下茎重(r=0.664)>托芽重(r=0.470)>托芽长(r=0.302),与顶芽长和D叶面积呈正相关但无显著相关性(P>0.05,下同),与吸芽长呈极显著负相关(r=-0.312)(P<0.05,下同),与吸芽重呈显著负相关(r=-0.258),与顶芽重无显著相关性。偏相关和复相关分析结果显示,地下茎重、叶片数、叶面积、吸芽重和托芽重5个生长量指标对单果重在偏相关和复相关中的影响程度存在差异,托芽长、吸芽长和叶片重3个生长量指标对单果重在偏相关和复相关中的影响程度一致。其中,在偏相关中的正相关程度排序为地下茎重(r=0.218)>托芽重(r=0.179)>叶面积(r=0.064)>吸芽重(r=0.054)>叶片数(r=0.049);在复相关中的正相关程度排序为叶片数(r=2.102)>地下茎重(r=1.344)>托芽重(r=0.718)>吸芽重(r=0.255)>叶面积(r=0.015);在偏相关和复相关分析中的负相关程度排序为托芽长>吸芽长>叶片重。通径分析结果表明,托芽重(直接通径系数=0.485)对单果重的直接影响最大,其次为地下茎重(直接通径系数=0.419)、叶面积(直接通径系数=0.318)和叶片数(直接通径系数=0.190);托芽重通过地下茎重对单果重的间接正作用最大,地下茎重通过托芽重对单果重的间接正影响最大,叶面积通过地下茎重和托芽重对单果重起主要间接正作用,叶【Objective】The purpose of this study is to analyze the main growth factors affecting the single fruit weight of Tainong 17 pineapple,so as to provide reference for its high quality and efficient cultivation.【Method】Tainong 17 pineapple was selected as the test material.Single fruit weight,number of leaves,weight of leaf,leaf area,weight of underground stem,length of sucker bud,length of slips bud,length of crowns bud,weight of sucker bud,weight of slip bud,weight of crown bud,and D leaf area(the longest leaf with the best growth potential)were measured,and linear correlation,partial correlation,complex correlation and regression linear path analysis were carried out.【Result】The results of correlation analysis showed that the single fruit weight of Tainong 17 pineapple was highly significantly positively correlation with the leaf number,weight of leaf,leaf area,weight of underground stem,length of slips bud,weight of slips bud(P<0.01,the same as below).The correlation coefficient was in the order of leaf number(r=0.680)>leaf weight(r=0.665)>leaf area(r=0.664)>weight of underground stem(r=0.664)>weight of slip bud(r=0.470)>slips length(r=0.302),and the single fruit weight was positively though insignificantly correlated with the length and area of D leaf(P>0.05,the same as below).The single fruit weight was significantly(P<0.05,the same below)negatively correlated with the length of slip bud h(r=0.312),and significantly correlated with the weight of slip bud(r=0.258),but not significantly correlated with the weight of crown bud.The results of partial correlation and multiple correlation analysis showed that the weight of underground stem,leaf numbers,leaf area,weight sucker bud and weight slip bud had different effects on single fruit weight in different analysis,while the effects of length of slip bud,sucker bud and weight of leaf were consistent in partial correlation and multiple correlation analysis.The degree of positive correlation in partial correlation was the weight of underground stem(r=0.218)
