摘  要:【目的】了解栀子根际真菌群落的结构和组成,为栀子的高产栽培奠定理论基础。【方法】采用高通量测序技术,分析了栀子不同生育期(花蕾期、盛花期、果实膨大期和盛果期)根际真菌群落的动态变化。【结果】栀子根际土壤真菌群落多样性表现为花蕾期>盛花期>果实膨大期>盛果期,且花蕾期样品中拥有最多的特异微生物种类。群落组成显示,栀子在每个生育期的根际真菌群落结构各不相同,优势菌群主要包括子囊菌门、担子菌门和被孢霉门;在盛果期样品中被孢霉属、轮枝菌属和青霉属相对丰度较其余3个时期小(相对丰度不足1%),而木霉属和乳菇属的相对丰度则比其余3个时期大(相对丰度超过30%)。栀子根际优势促生真菌的功能主要集中于促进土壤养分的转化、增强作物对病原微生物的抵抗力等方面。【结论】首次分析了栀子根际真菌群落结构的动态变化,为进一步研究栀子根际微生态过程提供了科学依据。【Objective】The present paper aimed to understand the structure and composition of the fungus community in the rhizosphere of Gardenia so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the high-yield cultivation.【Method】Using high-throughput measurement technology,variation of fungal community composition in the rhizosphere was analyzed.【Result】The results showed that the diversity of the fungal community in the rhizosphere of Gardenia was as follows:Flower bud period>full bloom period>fruit expansion period>full fruit period,and the samples in flower bud period had the most specific microbial species.The composition of the community showed that the fungal community structure of Gardenia in each growth period was different,and the dominant fungal groups mainly included Ascomycota,Basidiomycota and Mortierella;In the samples during fruiting period,the relative abundance of Mortierella verticillium and Penicillium was less than the other three periods(relative abundance is less than 1%),while the relative abundance of Trichoderma and Lactarius was more than the other three periods(relative abundance exceeds 30%).The functions of Gardenia rhizosphere predominance fungi mainly focused on promoting the transformation of soil nutrients and enhancing the resistance of crops to pathogenic microorganisms.【Conclusion】This study was the first to analyze the variation of the fungal community structure in the rhizosphere of Gardenia,which provided a new theoretical for further study on the rhizosphere mechanism.
