昆明城郊公路旁侧四季豆及根系土壤重金属污染研究

摘　　要：【目的】对昆明公路X013松马段旁侧农耕地土壤及四季豆进行野外调查采样,测定分析土壤及四季豆中Pb、As和Cu的含量。【方法】采用综合污染指数法对四季豆和土壤中重金属污染状况进行评价。【结果】距离公路5 m处,土壤和四季豆Pb超标率均为100%,都受到Pb污染;距公路20 m处,土壤污染等级达到警戒线,四季豆为轻度污染,距公路50 m处,土壤和四季豆均未受到Pb和As的污染,但土壤受Cu污染严重,呈现出随着离公路距离的增加而减小的趋势,四季豆均未受到Cu污染。【结论】四季豆中的Pb主要由汽车尾气排放造成,建议四季豆种植要安排在距公路50 m以外。四季豆中As的含量非常小,不受距公路距离远近变化影响。土壤Cu污染严重,但四季豆未受到Cu污染,说明土壤Cu没有迁移到四季豆可食用部分。【Objective】The contents of Pb,As and Cu in soil and kidney bean were measured and analyzed through the field sampling from cropland soil and kidney near the X013 Songma road in Kunming.【Method】The condition of heavy metal pollution in kidney bean and soil was evaluated by the integrated pollution index.【Result】The over standard rate of Pb in soil and kidney bean was 100%at 5 meters away from the road,and both were polluted by Pb.The soil pollution level reached the warning line at 20 meters away from the road,and the kidney bean in this zone was lightly polluted.At 50 meters away from the road,the soil and kidney bean were not polluted by Pb and As,but the soil was heavily polluted by Cu,and with the increase of distance away from the road,the pollution was gradually decreased.【Conclusion】The Pb in kidney bean was mainly caused by automobile exhaust.It was suggested that the kidney bean should be planted at 50 meters faraway from the road.The content of As in kidney bean was small and not affected by the distance away from the road.The soil was seriously polluted by Cu,but the kidney bean was not polluted by Cu,which insisted that the Cu in soil didn’t migrate into the edible part of kidney bean.
