摘 要:【目的】研究复合芽孢杆菌制剂对苏姜猪保育仔猪生长性能、腹泻率、粪便微生物的影响,为苏姜猪健康养殖提供参考。【方法】选择28日龄断奶苏姜猪仔猪90头,随机分成3组,实验组在常规日粮的基础上分别添加0.1%和0.5%的复合芽孢杆菌制剂,试验35 d;测定日增重、腹泻率、粪便主要菌群、血清生化免疫指标。【结果】添加复合芽孢杆菌制剂可以极显著的提高仔猪的日增重(P<0.01)、极显著的降低腹泻率(P<0.01);极显著的降低了粪便大肠杆菌含量(P<0.01),极显著的提高了粪便中双歧杆菌和乳酸菌含量(P<0.01);显著提高了血液中总蛋白含量(P<0.05)、免疫球蛋白含量(P<0.05)和免疫球蛋白G含量(P<0.05);显著提高了谷丙转氨酶活性(P<0.05)和谷草转氨酶活性(P<0.05),显著降低了氨氮含量(P<0.05)。【结论】复合芽孢杆菌制剂添加提高了采食量,降低了料肉比,改善了仔猪肠道微生态平衡,提高了仔猪免疫力,增加了仔猪蛋白质代谢速度。【Objective】The paper investigated the effects of Compound Bacillus preparation on growth performance,diarrhea rate and fecal microbes of piglets in Sujiang pigs.【Method】Ninety Sujiang piglets of 28-day-old were randomly divided into three groups.The experimental group was supplemented with 0.1%and 0.5%of compound Bacillus preparation on the basis of conventional diet for 35 days.【Result】The results showed that the addition of compound Bacillus preparation could significantly increase the daily weight gain of piglets(P<0.01)and significantly reduce the diarrhea rate(P<0.01);It significantly reduced the content of fecal E.coli(P<0.01);Significantly increased total protein content(P<0.05),immunoglobulin content(P<0.05)and IgG content(P<0.05);Significantly increased alanine aminotransferase activity(P<0.05)and aspartate aminotransferase Activity(P<0.05)significantly reduced ammonia nitrogen content(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The addition of complex Bacillus increased the feed intake,reduced the feed-to-meat ratio,improved the intestinal micro-ecological balance of piglets improved the immunity of piglets,and increased the protein metabolism rate of piglets.
