摘 要:为了优化藏药四味姜黄汤散的传统用法工艺参数,运用HPLC法测定藏药四味姜黄汤散中姜黄素、盐酸小檗碱和没食子酸的含量,以姜黄素量、盐酸小檗碱量、没食子酸量和干膏得率为指标,通过单因素试验,正交试验设计-综合评分法考察加水量、煎煮时间和粉末粒度对该方的影响.结果发现取复方粉末(100目)适量,加12倍量水浸泡1 h后煎煮1 h,煎煮2次合并滤液,姜黄素、盐酸小檗碱和没食子酸分别在0.0068~0.0408μg,0.08~0.48μg,0.608~3.648μg(n=6)时线性关系良好,3种成分的含量分别为21.6192,3.3146和0.0326 mg·g-1.优化的工艺参数可为藏药复方标准汤剂的制备、质量控制等后续研究提供参考.To optimize process parameters of the Tibetan medicine Siwei jianghuang decoction powder in traditional usage,the method of HPLC was used for determination content of curcumin,berberine hydrochloride and gallic acid,and single factor test and orthogonal test design-comprehensive scoring method were used to investigate the effects of the added water,decocted time and powder size in Siwei jianghuang decoction powder,as the amount of berberine hydrochloride,curcumin,gallic acid and dry extract yield were the indexes.The results showed that appropriate amount of compound powder(100 mesh)was taken,soaked for 1 hour in 12 times of water and then decocted for 1 hour for 2 times combined with filtrate.The linear relationship between curcumin,berberine hydrochloride and gallic acid was good at 0.0068~0.0408 g,0.08~0.48 g,0.608~3.648 g(n=6),respectively,and the contents of the three components were 21.6192 mg·g-1,3.3146 mg·g-1and 0.0326 mg·g-1,respectively.The optimized process parameters can provide reference for the preparation and quality control of compound standard decoction of Tibetan medicine.
