摘 要:建筑施工企业薪酬战略与企业发展战略不匹配,制约员工发挥内生动力,影响企业发展。为此,提出基于建筑企业的不同发展阶段,构建动态战略薪酬体系,制定全方位的业绩考核机制,发挥绩效管理与企业战略协同效应,以此提升企业核心竞争力,实现企业战略目标,推动企业健康持续发展。The salary strategy of construction enterprises does not match with the development strategy of enterprises,which restricts the employees to play the endogenous power and affects the development of enterprises.Therefore,based on the different development stages of construction enterprises,proposes to build a dynamic strategic salary system,formulate a comprehensive performance appraisal mechanism,and give play to the synergistic effect of performance management and enterprise strategy,so as to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,achieve the strategic objectives of enterprises,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.
