摘　　要：德国哲学家斯宾格勒通过《西方的没落》这部著作,早在二十世纪初曾发出警报,即世界历史上共有互不相干的八种文化形态,其中有七种已经僵化或者衰亡,只有西欧文化生机尚存,但已经走向没落。斯宾格勒为人们观察世界提供了新的视角,但对文化间的相互关系判断不够准确,对文化前途的估计过于悲观。我们现在需要加强对文化的发展规律研究,积极寻找人类未来的共同出路。这就是:求同存异、开放包容;文明交流、互学互鉴。Through the work"The Decline of the West",the German philosopher Spengler issued an alarm as early as the beginning of the twentieth century that there are eight unrelated cultural forms in the history of the world,and seven of them have become rigid or decline.Only Western European cul⁃ture is still alive,but it has fallen into decline.Spengler provides a new perspective for people to ob⁃serve the world,but it is not accurate enough in judging the mutual relations between cultures,and he is too pessimistic about the cultural future.We now need to strengthen the study of the law of cultural development and actively seek a common way out for the future of mankind.That is seeking common ground while reserving differences,openness and tolerance;civilization exchange,mutual learning and mutual learning.
