摘 要:非洲猪瘟已经成为我国养猪业防控的头号疫病,而荧光PCR方法是广泛用于各实验室非洲猪瘟病毒检测的首选方法。为提高相关实验室非洲猪瘟病毒荧光PCR检测的准确性,针对非洲猪瘟病毒荧光PCR检测过程可能存在的“假阳性”和“假阴性”现象,从全面质量管理理论的“人、机、料、法、环”等具体方面,详细阐述了这些现象产生的原因及改进措施或解决方案,从而为我国各级兽医实验室、屠宰场、养殖场、第三方检测机构等开展非洲猪瘟病毒检测提供参考,同时也为其他疫病病原的荧光PCR检测提供借鉴。African swine fever(ASF)has become the No.1 animal disease that is urgent to be prevented and controlled in pig industry in China.Fluorescent PCR assay has been widely used for ASFV detection in various laboratories.In order to improve the accuracy of fluorescent PCR in related laboratories,aiming at the possible“false positive”and“false negative”symptoms during the detection process,relevant causes and improvement measures or solutions were discussed in terms of“operators,instruments,materials,methods and environment”specified by total quality management(TQM)theory.Therefore,all levels of veterinary laboratories,slaughterhouses,farms and third-party testing institutions were provided with some references for detection of ASFV and other pathogens.
