基于花卉特性优化花卉物流运输机制--以沭阳县耿圩镇多肉基地为例

摘　　要：花卉物流科技型产业在我国花卉产业不断创新和发展过程中逐渐与我国传统物流服务型行业分离。然而,我国目前的花卉物流运输机制缺乏考虑花卉特性,发展过程还面临许多问题需要解决。文中以沭阳县耿圩镇多肉基地为例,分析该基地花卉物流因忽略花卉特性在包装、运输、配送等环节中出现的问题,并相应提出组织花卉特性学习活动,改进包装水平、建立专业的花卉物流体系、优化配送中心内部管理工作、加强运输体系内部交流,实现资源共享的建议。The flower logistics technology industry is gradually separated from China's traditional logistics service industry in the continuous innovation and development of China's flower industry.However,the current flower logistics and transportation mechanism in China lacks consideration of the characteristics of flowers,and we stillface many problemsthat need to be solved during the developmentprocess.This paper takes the Succulent Base in Gengwei Town,Shuyang County as an example,analyses the flower logistics base for ignoring flower features in packaging,transport and distribution problems,and puts forward corresponding floral characteristics of organizational learning activities,improve the packing level,set up professional flower logistics system,optimize the internal management of the distribution center,strengthen internal communication transportation system,realize resources sharing.
