摘 要:物流系统与经济系统的高水平协同是实现我国经济社会高质量发展的关键。为了准确把握物流系统与经济系统的协同状态,文中提出了一种基于序参量的协同度评价方法。首先构建了由8个指标组成的物流系统与经济系统协同度评价指标体系;然后从序参量有序度、子系统有序度、复合系统协同度以及协同度的评价标准等四个方面阐述了具体的评价过程;最后,以江苏省为例进行了实例分析。研究表明:基于序参量的物流系统与经济发展的协同度评价方法可操作性强、结果可靠。评价结果可以为物流与经济协同发展提供决策依据。The high-level coordination between logistics system and economic system is the key to realize the high-quality development of China's economy and society.In order to accurately grasp the collaborative state of logistics system and economic system,a collaborative degree evaluation method based on order parameters is proposed.Firstly,the evaluation index system of coordination degree between logistics system and economic system is constructed,which is composed of eight indexes;then the specific evaluation process is elaborated from four aspects including order degree of order parameter,order degree of subsystem,composite system synergy degree and evaluation standard of coordination degree;finally,taking Jiangsu Province as an example for analysis.The research shows that the evaluation method of coordination degree between logistics system and economic development based on order parameter has strong operability and reliable results.The evaluation results can provide decision-making basis for the coordinated development of logistics and economy.
