摘　　要：我国大型国有物流企业普遍存在灵活性和创新性不足的问题,中小物流企业为解决这些问题做出了巨大贡献。资金短缺和融资困难是制约中小物流企业发展的重要因素。文中通过介绍我国中小物流企业的发展现状,剖析中小物流企业融资困难的原因,针对存在的问题提出相应的建议和对策。China's large state-owned logistics enterprises generally have the problems of insufficient flexibility and innovation,and small and medium-sized logistics enterprises have made great contributions to solving these problems.Shortage of funds and financing difficulties are important factors restricting the development of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises.By introducing the development status of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in China,analyzing the causes of financing difficulties for small and medium-sized logistics enterprises,and putting forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures to the problems.
