摘 要:以氯丁橡胶(CR)为基体,碳纳米管(CNT)和炭黑为补强相,制备了CR/CB/CNT复合材料,系统地研究了CNT用量对复合材料力学性能、动态力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着CNT用量的增加,混炼胶的储能模量(G′)增大,损耗因子(tanδ)减小。当CNT用量>2份时,出现了明显的Payne效应。随着CNT用量的增加,复合材料的门尼粘度逐渐增大,焦烧时间(t10)和硫化时间(t90)逐渐缩短,ML和MH-ML逐渐增大;拉伸强度和撕裂强度先增大后减小,且当用量为6份时,分别为22.8MPa和69.1N/mm,导热性能随CNT用量的增加而增强。SEM分析发现,随着CNT用量的增加,没有出现"草丛状"团聚现象,说明CNT在橡胶基体中分散较好。综合而言,当CNT用量为6份时,胶料的综合性能较好。Carbon nanotubes(CNT)and carbon black were used to reinforce CR to obtain CR/CB/CNT composites.The effect of CNT content on the physical and dynamic mechanical properties of the composites were studied systematically.The results showed that with the content of CNT increased,the storage modulus(G′)was increased and the loss factor(tanδ)was decreased.With the content of CNT increased,the Mooney viscosity,minimum torque(ML),torque difference(MH-ML)and thermal conductivity of the composites gradually increased,but scorch time(t10)and vulcanization time(t90)of the composites decreased.The tensile strength and tear strength first increased and then decreased with the increase of CNT dosages,and when the dosage was 6 phr,the tensile strength was 22.4 MPa,and the tear strength was 69.1 N/mm.SEM showed that with the content of CNT increase,there was no"grassy like"agglomeration phenomenon,indicated that CNT was well dispersed in the rubber matrix.In general,when using 6 phr CNT,the composites had good comprehensive properties.
