摘  要:研究了稻壳源白炭黑补强SBR中稻壳白炭黑用量、Si69用量对SBR硫化特性、力学性能、Payne效应的影响。结果表明,随着白炭黑用量的增加,焦烧时间(t10)呈缩短趋势,正硫化时间(t90)略有延长,力学性能明显改善;当稻壳白炭黑用量为15份时,拉伸强度急剧增大,当用量为50份时,拉伸强度达到最大值。对于Si69改性白炭黑,随着Si69用量的增加,t90明显缩短,t10略有延长,拉伸强度、拉断伸长率先增大后减小,100%、300%定伸应力逐渐增大,Payne效应逐渐减小;当Si69用量为2份时,即Si69用量为白炭黑用量的4%时,胶料的综合力学性能最好。Emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber was filled with rice husk silica,and the effects of amount of silica and Si69 on curing characteristics,mechanical properties and Payne effect of the SBR rubber were investigated.The results showed that with the increase of silica content,the scorch time of SBR compound was decreased,the curing time was increased slightly,and the physical properties was improved significantly.The tensile strength of SBR compound was increased sharply when the rice husk silica load exceeded 15 phr.With the increase of Si69 content,the curing time of rice husk silica reinforced SBR compound was shortened obviously,and the scorching time was increased slightly.The tensile strength and elongation at break of vulcanized rubber were increased firstly and then decreased,and the modulus at 100%and 300%elongation increased gradually,while the Payne effect was decreased sharply.Based on the results,the optimum amount of Si69 was 2.0 phr,that was,the amount of Si69 was 4%of silica.
