摘 要:以NR为基体,碳纳米管(CNT)和炭黑(CB)为补强相,制备了CNT/CB/NR复合材料,系统地研究了疲劳过程中CNT用量对NR/CB复合材料动态力学性能的影响,讨论了介观结构演变的情况。结果表明,随着CNT用量的增加,CNT/CB/NR复合材料的疲劳寿命降低;IR分析表明,试样疲劳前后化学结构未发生明显变化;TEM分析表明,复合材料的Payne效应比CB/NR的高,对同一试样应变扫描发现,随着疲劳程度的增加,CNT填充体系的Payne效应一直减弱;在介观结构上,SEM发现,CNT/NR复合材料中CB和CNT形成一个"葡萄串"的结构。CNT/CB/NR composites were prepared with natural rubber(NR)as the matrix,carbon nanotubes(CNT)and carbon black(CB)as the reinforcing phase.The effect of the amount of CNT on the CB/NR composites in the fatigue process was systematically studied,and the effect of dynamic mechanical properties and the evolution of the mesoscopic structure were discussed.The results showed that with the increase of the amount of CNT,the fatigue life of CNT-filled CB/NR decreased.Infrared spectroscopy results showed that the structure did not change significantly before and after fatigue;the results of dynamic mechanical analysis showed that the Payne effect of CNT-filled CB/NR composites was higher than that of CB-filled NR composites.The strain sweeping of the same sample showed that with the increase of fatigue degree,the Payne effect of the CNT filling system had been weakened;For the mesoscopic structure,SEM found that in the CNT/NR composite,CB and CNT formed a"grape bunch"structure.
