摘　　要：分享经济因其独特优势近年来席卷全球并渐成研究热点,利益相关者理论也逐渐超越管理学范畴,在其他社会经济领域得到广泛应用,文章在对利益相关者进行理论溯源的基础上,着重分析了安徽省分享经济利益相关者的具体分类,并对重点问题进行了说明,同时以具体案例阐释了安徽省分享经济的发展思路.The sharing economy with its distinctive advantage has swept across the globe in recent years and gradually attracts increas-ing attention in academic circle.The theory of stakeholder,which gradually extend beyond the domain of management as well,is gaining much ground in other socioeconomic field.This paper categorizes the participants of sharing economy in Anhui province using the theory of stakeholder.Based on that,it proposes the construction of collaborative govern between multi-stakeholders in the sharing economy,with which gives full play to bilateral-and-multilateral effect before forms a set of complete ecosystem of sharing economy in the end.
